Dear Patients,

Free ½ hour consultation

If you are not sure that orthotics are for you, either because you had a bad past experience or you are not convinced it can be applied to you with success, a free consultation is all you need to put your mind at rest and for me to assess if I will be able to make a difference.
Please call reception on 020 7436 8960 to book a free ½ hour appointment

When you book a full 1½ hour appointment that includes full assessment and the making of one set of orthotics the whole fee will be:
£250.00 (£120.00 consultation + £130.00 orthotics)

If you require a second pair immediately or within two months, I will only charge you £130.00 for the orthotics. You just need to allow more time for me to make it.

1 hour extra if I make two pairs at once.

1½ if you come back for a new appointment.

We don't charge to adjust your orthotics

If you require further adjustment, a ½ hour appointment will need to be booked but won't be charged as this is part of the whole process. I make sure that the orthotics are beneficial to you.

Once you have your orthotics and after a week of wearing them, they should feel natural and comfortable. Any discomfort or troubles do not hesitate to contact Foot Factor for an appointment.
